  My name is William. I lost my Permanent Card yesterday. I want to get help for a replacement of a lost Permanent Card. Would you like tell me how about this procedure for applying a new Permanent Card?

  

  Now, I have trip with my family in China. Yesterday, I went park with my children near hotel. When I bought two ice creams for my children, the stranger stroke me. I could not find my wallet when I came back hotel. I already have noticed local police and got a proof document from police.

  I attached some PDF files about my passport copy and police document in this mail.
